At Heat Archive, we know that buying sneakers and streetwear online comes with a lot of questions. That’s why we’ve put together this comprehensive FAQ section to help you get the answers you need!

  • When do new drops happen?

We are dropping 100+ items each Saturday at 12pm EST. We will adjust the quantity as needed and add more items as the total number of members increase to make sure everyone who joins has access to buy items. 

  • How many items am I allowed to purchase?

Members are allowed to purchase 2 items per day, Any additional order will be cancelled and restocked! We want to be fair and give members all a chance to buy something! Feel free to place an additional order the next day if stock allows.

  • When can I buy 2 more items?

    Members are limited 2 items per day, 2 item limit resets 12AM EST each day! (Midnight)

    • Authenticity

    All items are 100% authentic.

    • Can I cancel my membership at anytime?

    Yes

    • How long does shipping take?

    Processing and Handling Time is 1-3 business days. Same day fulfillment applies if ordered before 3PM EST, weekends not included. Tracking included on all orders.

    • Shipping Cost:

    Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

    • Shipping Options:

    UPS Ground (2-4 Days)
    UPS 2-Day Air
    UPS Overnight

    • International Shipping

    For international orders, we ship via USPS. Delivery times for overseas shipments can vary depending on the destination.

    • What are your payment methods? 

    All major credit cards are accepted along with Apple Pay.

    • All Sales Are Final

    Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or returned. We encourage you to carefully review all product details before completing your purchase.

    • Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at Heatarchivecustomerservice@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you in a quick and timely manner.

    • Order Issues

    If there’s any issue with your order (e.g., wrong item or missing item), please reach out to us immediately so we can address it promptly.
